Viewings

There is extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my email, mobile phone numbers, Whatsapp or text, my websites, property portals or my social media accounts. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in direct contact with me and book a viewing.

Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest I don’t ever want to have more than 10 properties on the market at any time. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.

All viewings are accompanied by myself which is comforting to sellers as they don’t have to worry that I don’t know their property. They also trust that the viewing will be conducted in a professional and relaxed manner. I have 1 to 1 relationships with all of my sellers so feedback is passed back rapidly.
